Before the surgery, they were way too confident that they could improve everything. I went back to the hospital after the surgery went wrong, but all I got was a snowstorm of excuses and came back. I could not trust them at all, so I went to another hospital and got early correction. I wasted money and only got scar tissue. Thinking about it again makes me angry and unable to sleep.
