This was my first consultation for a hump nose surgery. Unlike other places where the consultation goes manager - doctor - manager, here they took photos and CT first, then went straight to the doctor. Unlike other clinics, they didn't talk about osteotomy and said they would only shave the hump very slightly and raise the tip and the glabella with ear cartilage. They seemed to prioritize making it as natural as possible, and I liked that they considered my facial features when counseling me. But I said I was worried my nostrils might become uneven after surgery, and they said that doesn't happen often and that they don't worry about nostril asymmetry when operating. I wasn't sure if that meant they were confident or just didn't really think much about it.. I liked that they didn't pressure me to book or push any other procedures. But their surgical method is a little different from other hospitals, so I think I should look around more. Oh, but when I went downstairs to get the CT, there was an operating room next door, and I took a quick look, but maybe because it wasn't cleaned up yet? It didn't look very neat, and there were a lot of different things lying around, so it felt messy.
