I had a consultation with Dr. Cheon Hae-hyun. He seemed busy, but he explained things quite in detail and with confidence. However, the consultation staff were really the worst of the worst... I had two consultations, and one person was kind, but the other had an attitude from the moment she walked in like, 'Everything I say is right. No, you’re wrong.' It felt like she was trying to psych me out. Then when she noticed I was getting annoyed, she forced herself to be a little kind, and later said things like, 'Think of me as your big sister and ask me anything'... really the worst lol. I heard this place is famous for rude consultation staff, and honestly, it needs improvement for the future too. And after the consultation, when I said I wanted surgery in 3 months, they said no, but then they ended up giving in anyway.. I made a reservation, but I’m still thinking about whether to actually get the surgery!
