Cartilage tying + Megaderm + alar reduction (open) + Matrix done. On day 3, when I removed the tape, I liked the shape of the nostrils and bridge, but one side was pinched too much. I don't know what will happen once the swelling goes down, but I decided on it because it was non-open and with no implant, so I thought there would be fewer side effects, and now I slightly regret it. If anyone is thinking about it, please be careful T_T
