I had surgery to remove foreign material under my eyes with an incision under the eyes. The incision scar healed neatly, but for some reason nothing at all was removed from inside, even though that was why it was opened, and the swelling was enormous, so I looked like a monster for a month. It was such a waste of time. The hospital says it will go away over the course of a year, but it's almost 10 months now and there is not a single change.
