I have thick, tough skin, so after tying the tip cartilage, a very large scar tissue lump formed, and my nose became much fuller compared with before. Even when I went back for follow-up consultations, they only said it would go down, and their response was extremely disappointing. It's been 9 months and the scar tissue has not gone down at all. Even when I smile, the shape of my nose looks so unnatural... All I want is to go back to how it was before. In the end I spent over 2 million won at a scar tissue clinic and I'm still being treated. If you have thick nasal skin, do not get surgery.
