I hadn't said anything in particular, but the director looked at me and immediately pointed out what was uncomfortable and what I was worried about, which I liked. I was grateful that they noticed what was stressing me out and showed me photos of people similar to me, telling me I could improve it with this kind of method. I regret not having gone sooner if I had known they would retire this year.

The staff working there... it feels like they almost take over the whole situation. The director is really good at consultations and very nice. Clinics with a skilled director seem to be almost all unfriendly.
