I went to get a consultation from the newly arrived person, but communication wasn't smooth. Their character was good, but there were too many vague things, so nothing really clicked. After hearing the chief staff member say that if I wasn't satisfied with the design I should pay the first-surgery price and do it again, I was stunned. It felt like they were very focused on money
