I had reconstructive nose surgery with Director B. Honestly, I did not feel that communication was smooth both ways, but unlike other places, that actually made me trust them more in that regard. As for the shape, honestly I am not fully satisfied with it, just so-so, but at least they brought it down nicely using only ear cartilage without giving it that reconstructive-looking feel.
