The hospital is near Gangnam Station, so it's close. Public transportation would be better. The consultation was with the manager? staff member, and then they just went ahead with the procedure. The person who consulted me was kind and said they had also gotten lip fillers themselves. I'm not sure if this is how most procedures are, but as soon as the doctor was ready for the procedure, they came in, gave the filler, and left. The doctor was fairly kind.
