I went for a consultation today and the staff and manager were so kind that I just got the procedure right away. I've consulted at several places, but the staff here are truly the most kind. A lot of places are only nice at the first consultation and then become unfriendly when you're leaving, but A-Top was the same kind even when I was done and heading home. It was my first time getting forehead filler, so I chose a domestic one, and I went in not assigning a doctor, thinking I'd get a female doctor, but a male doctor who is a board-certified plastic surgeon was there, so I had the procedure with him. Usually, some doctors come in, quickly draw on your face with a pen, give a rough explanation, and then stick the needle in right away, but Dr. Shin was extremely kind, carefully looking with a mirror and drawing exactly where I was lacking and where needed more volume, from start to finish. T_T I'm a scaredy-cat, and I'd heard forehead filler hurts, so I had even considered sedation. The manager recommended local anesthesia, saying it's better to check the shape and whether to add more in the middle of the procedure, so I went with local anesthesia... The manager said they had even seen someone fall asleep during the procedure, and at first I thought that was just a sales line exaggeration... The first anesthesia shot stung a little, and after that, aside from the ripping sound, it didn't hurt at all and it was really, really fine!! More than anything, the doctor gave a little more anesthesia in between, and before each injection he would say things like 'sting' and 'this part might feel a little unpleasant,' so I could prepare myself mentally, which was great! ^^ When the forehead filler wears off, I want to come back 100%.
