The hospital is clean and big, but the consultation manager was really awful. They insisted that extra charges were registered in the app, so I went ahead with the surgery. But after surgery I searched everywhere and couldn’t find anything, so I contacted them, and they told me to look for it myself. When I said I had already looked and still couldn’t find it, they called back and said it seemed to have disappeared after an app update, but that nothing had changed and they would keep charging the same for future patients too. It had zero credibility, but anyway the surgery went well, so I’m letting it go because good is good. The director is gentle and kind.
