I had a lot of fat in my face, especially under the chin, but after the procedure it improved a lot. I usually do not swell much, and I went to work 5 days after surgery, and nobody could tell I had surgery. But during the consultation, they recommended thread lifting even though I am in my early 20s.. hehe I am the type to go along with things if they tell me to, but I really regretted the thread lift. I could not even tell if it worked. People with lots of facial fat should consider under-chin liposuction~~
