At first, consultation was done after CT and photo shooting. Because of a recommendation from an acquaintance, the discount rate was high, and there was no fee for the chief director. I saw the consultation manager first. When the chief director was consulting, the consultation manager handled it by taking notes from the side, but among the consultation managers at all the places I had visited, this one felt, how should I put it, the least professional. I felt like if the neighborhood thug sister were a consultation manager, that is what it would be like. The director explained things well, and was concise and kind. I had functional nose surgery this year plus donor rib cartilage and silicone already in place, and the director said that if my existing donor rib cartilage was intact, we should use that for the surgery. But I did not trust the old hospital, so I said I did not want that, and the director said it was up to judgment. If the condition was not good, they said there was too much ear cartilage, so they would put in ear cartilage. In a way, it felt empty because I could not even choose the materials and it ended there, but the facility was unbelievably good, seriously.
