It has been over 4 years since I had deep buccal fat, cheek, and double chin liposuction. During the first 1 to 2 years after surgery, the hollowing in my cheeks was severe and very stressful. I looked like I had no life in me, and everyone said I looked better before..; Now I at least do lifting treatments and manual therapy from time to time, so I am better than before. My right deep buccal area still has not regained sensation, and it feels tingly when touched.
