All the hospital staff were extremely kind. The hospital felt a bit busy and hectic, but it still seemed organized, so it was not uncomfortable. I had been worried because the reviews said the waiting time was extremely long, but even though I was about 10 minutes late, I did not wait long before the consultation. First, I consulted with someone who seemed to be the chief coordinator, and then with the director. They explained everything in great detail while looking at the CT, and said that at most it would tidy up the line but there would not be a big effect, then explained the reasons in detail while drawing pictures. I liked that they were honest and kind about everything. My face would not show much effect anyway so I decided not to have surgery, but if I had gone ahead with surgery, I think I would have done it here. It was a very satisfying consultation... I had worried because the reviews said they pressured people to book, but maybe they retrained the staff, because there was none of that at all and they were kind until I left.
