I went to get a consultation for liposuction and also got recommended thread lifting. The manager was kind and the doctor looked at me very carefully. They said cheekbones would have almost no effect even with liposuction, and instead recommended fat grafting to the chin tip. In terms of cost, it was about similar to other places.
