I had my second nose surgery at A Top. I just wanted them to correct the deviation, but my nose ended up becoming a bulbous nose.. I'm grateful that they removed as much Gore-Tex as possible, but apart from that, my satisfaction with the surgery is so bad it's almost absurd.... They put in silicone that was way too thick, which made my nose widen sideways, and when taking cartilage from the ear, they cut forward without telling me in advance. That area got inflamed, and I suffered for a very long time just treating it, and even the medicine cost was paid by the patient... It was also hard going back and forth from far away; T_T Even after complaining, nothing changed, so I'm looking into a third nose surgery.
