The front desk staff were kind, but the person who consulted me was not great. Maybe because it was a simple procedure, there was no detailed explanation. They just asked which area I wanted, showed me the price list, and that was it. It did not look professional, and it felt like "do it if you want, if not then fine." I was planning to get other procedures too, but I do not think I will do them here. The staff member who came in during the procedure and the director were kind.
