This place wasn't bad. Especially among plastic surgeons, directors who do a lot of academic society activities seem to have a bit of an authoritarian attitude? Maybe because several managers were clinging to them and fawning over them, they seemed especially like that. It wasn't like I was some palace concubine trying to be chosen by a king lol It was a mess Communication doesn't work, and communication is important Especially in plastic surgery... it feels like I have to be the one lifting them up somehow? In hospitals even worse than this, the managers unconsciously pressure you hard. Maybe they do it to charge more for surgery, I don't know.. But operating that way doesn't seem like it would have any good points.. It feels like I'm not elevating the doctor because I want to, but They flood the ads acting like saints, then expect to be praised even at the hospital? Oh, really not good, nope~ The important thing is that Director Jeong Jae-young wasn't like that, so I liked it. You can feel that the director has excellent aesthetic sense just from his appearance. I hope he thrives even more.
