My nose condition. (Contracture and the tip had broken through the silicone, so Dr. Gok removed the implant and covered the perforated part of the silicone at the tip with dermis. But the dermis was absorbed, leaving the nasal tip sunken.) Including the removal surgery, this was my fourth nose surgery. It had gone wrong at another hospital, so I had it removed by Dr. Gok. Since Dr. Gok prefers autologous dermis, I was disappointed, but I looked into another hospital for rib cartilage surgery and decided on this place. Because of my urgent circumstances, I kept asking and asking (wedding scheduled), and after consultation on December 21, I had surgery the very next day, December 22. I had surgery on December 22, and since it was for my wedding, if I was going to fix my nose anyway, I ended up doing the procedures I wrote above too. I figured if it was going to hurt, it was better to hurt all at once. (This was my choice, not a recommendation from the hospital.) Since I didn’t have enough material, I was told they would build the bridge with rib cartilage and wrap the nasal tip with pleura over the rib cartilage. I only had a very small amount of ear cartilage left, so that was used too. For the paranasal area, since the rib cartilage was going to be used anyway when doing the nose, they just added rib cartilage as a service without charging me haha Maybe because I paid in one shot and had surgery the next day. After contour surgery, they also decided to remove the scar tissue and fat grafting-related sagging under the chin. Cheekbone lifting and lower canthoplasty were done by Dr. Kim. Surgery started around 2:30, and when I woke up it was 8 p.m. Maybe because I had everything done at once, it was the hardest thing in my life. It was the hardest. Anyway, the results are not even a month old yet, but 1. Very satisfied that the contracted nostrils came down 2. Very satisfied with the round nasal tip It was completely exhausting and hard, and I had issues with my nose, but the nasal tip collapse has been corrected by 97% now, and the pig-nose position comes down very well haha 3. Lower canthoplasty was done without incision, and I felt they could have opened it a little more.. Anyway, I’m satisfied that it’s not a straight downward shape. Things I’m not satisfied with. 1. They raised the glabella by 4 mm, but it is too high (So I don’t like the side profile.) 2. The bridge of my nose is uneven (About this part, they said it was still swelling and would go down gradually as time passes. If I’m still unhappy after six months, they said they could lower it by another method instead of surgery, so I chose to wait six months. This is not a doctor who operates and then ignores you. I’m really grateful to have met Dr. Jeong.) The total cost of the surgery was between 11 and 12 million won They are famous for not giving discounts, but that doesn’t matter The consultation manager and operating room staff were very kind. The doctors were also professional and kind in consultation. Especially for someone like me, who developed social anxiety because of my contracted nose, it wasn’t easy to show my pig nose so openly to another person, even if they were a doctor.. But they handled the consultation very comfortably even after seeing my pig nose. (I’m also very grateful to the consultation manager.) I trust them, and after the 25th I’m going to do chin lifting and forehead filler. It’s a trustworthy hospital. Even though I’m a bit dissatisfied because of the glabella, I think that can be addressed by following up and doing it again if needed, and aside from that, the tip was corrected almost perfectly, so I’m very grateful for this too..
