A consultation review I am writing so I can remember it. For someone from the provinces like me, they felt like a kind and gentle Seoul-type person (they had a slight Japanese vibe). It was my first consultation, so I was excited and did not get to talk properly, which I regret (whether there was CCTV in the operating room, whether local anesthesia was possible, keloid-prone skin and scar care, how much ear cartilage would be used, etc.). The consultation staff were all very kind. I went there to remove the silicone because it was sticking out between the eyebrows, but they recommended an even higher silicone implant, so I need to think about that part. At the end, they said they would wrap the fascia so the silicone would not show too much. The price is not bad for a revision, and they said the surgery would not be difficult, but since what I would eventually remove is silicone, I need to think a bit more. If I were to replace the silicone, I would want to do it here, because I liked that they do tip work through nasal tip cartilage repositioning. I want to avoid procedures that touch the septum, like spreader grafts or rotation grafts. A crooked nose is really tempting. The director said to remove the columella, and when I said I still thought it looked okay, the director seemed taken aback haha. I personally pursue an extremely natural look and even like a dorsal hump or a bulbous tip, so my review may not match people who want a glamorous nose.
