This is a place where the managers play games with options. I like the director, but the manager humiliates customers. C quoted 300,000 won for alar reduction without the option price, and J says if you add the alar reduction option price, it becomes 1,000,000 to 700,000. Are you kidding me lol why are the prices whatever they want? When they subtract the alar cost, it is 300,000, but when they add it, it starts from 1,000,000? A manager named J called me and said book surgery for this weekend, and they would give me an extra discount. But it turned out that if you included alar reduction, there was no discount at all. If you add the alar reduction cost, you have to pay 700,000 more. If the price after two rounds of so-called discounts is more expensive than someone else who is having surgery tomorrow (this person’s alar reduction cost is 500,000), then what are they even doing? For the person having surgery, it is 3.3 million including alar reduction, and for me it is 3.5 million including it. At the first consultation, the director clearly said to include alar reduction, but the managers removed it as they pleased, and when they removed it they only deducted 300,000 won for alar reduction. No, if the alar cost is really 1,000,000 won, as the manager J said, then they should deduct 1,000,000, so why only 300,000? When they remove it, it is the floor price, and when they add it, it is the ceiling price? What kind of price game is this? If they are going to charge 1,000,000 when adding it, then from the start they should subtract 1,000,000 from 3.3 million. Where is the trickery in this? To put it simply: Manager C removed alar reduction (-1,000,000 won) from the existing 3.3 million surgery, but only reduced the price by 300,000 won, and Manager J, while acting generous, proposed a 200,000 discount, but only deducted 500,000 won instead of 1,000,000 won for alar reduction. When I said shouldn't it include alar reduction, they said if I want to add it back I have to pay 1,000,000 or at least 700,000 again. A discount? What discount? lol. Then they should have discounted 1,000,000 from 3.3 million from the start. Where exactly was the discount? Is the alar reduction cost 300,000, 500,000, or 1,000,000? Why are the managers messing around with options and playing games with prices on their own? What is this, bitcoin? Explain this. Where should I report this price trickery, do the directors know that the alar reduction prices keep changing? What negotiation? They are not idiots; they are toying with customers like this with price games. What negotiation? Do you know that this is effectively deceptive conduct? If they were going to do this, they should have said from the beginning 3.3 million including alar reduction, 2.3 million excluding alar reduction (-1,000,000). They called and said if I scheduled for the weekend, they would give me a discount, but when I actually looked at it, they were trying to deceive customers with a higher price that was not discounted at all. Including the option means no discount at all and the price is just the original price? It is even more expensive. It is also strange that they left out the alar reduction the doctor said was necessary in the first place, and if there was a mistake, they should have told me the exact price instead of setting the price like a street hawker. The price they repeatedly said was discounted is also more expensive than the patient having surgery tomorrow. The manager calling and saying I’d get a discount if I booked for this week, and the fact that in the end it was a lie, are both problems. How does a price called a 'special discount' end up being more expensive than another patient’s regular surgery price? It is already a favor to me that I am making time for the hospital’s suggested schedule this week even though I am not a surgery patient, so saying it is not even a discount and is more expensive than other regular booked patients means it was all a lie. I am really disappointed. The managers lie about prices so easily that they would be exposed immediately, so I cannot trust them at all. **And there is an open chat room with 44 people in The Plus, and here they do not let first-time surgery patients freely share information, while flexing power and doing clique behavior to people just starting to look around (especially the room leader, three deputy leaders, about five people total, and one is suspected to be a manager), so be careful. They do not allow important price talk, and instead they sit around trading useless chatter among themselves, like who is on the Korea University line or whatever (usually people who could not get in say things like that). If you have already graduated from surgery, you should leave gracefully, so why gather like ghosts and interfere with exposing the hospital’s deceptive conduct toward customers (one form of fraud)? When I said the manager had changed, that they were doing sales calls, and that the alar reduction price differed by manager and by patient, they told me not to talk about prices and kicked me out, saying I was causing trouble. No, who was only talking about prices? What negotiation... the whole thing is a mess, but look how they deflect with price talk. The way they get all stiff-faced when price is mentioned makes it look exactly like a room run by the managers. It is even more disgusting than the Sein Carrot chat room ruined by clique gossip, so people who are looking into it should avoid it.
