After 15 years, I removed the silicone and released and repositioned the nasal tip cartilage. It had been tied up for so long that one side was dented, but they also did cartilage grafting nicely to make it plump again. I went for consultation three times, and since I prefer a natural look, I'm happy with it. My nostrils are uneven, but they were a little uneven to begin with, and I don't really think anyone looks at nostrils anyway. I want to stop touching it now, so I'll just live with it and be fairly satisfied. I recommend this clinic to acquaintances too! A close acquaintance of mine also had surgery here.
