The kindness and thoroughness of the staff were not especially good. It felt like they were just doing it because they had to work? I was glad I could consult directly with the director. They asked me in detail what surgery I had had before, about the materials, photos, and so on, and explained everything, so it was not bad. Their style was not to talk about possible complications and situations, but rather something like, "This should not be a difficult surgery. We will try our best." If you look at it positively, they seem confident in their skill, and if you look at it negatively, it makes you worry whether they are too self-assured. I have had revision surgery several times, so that may be part of it. I recommend going for a consultation :)
