It seems the doctor has handled a lot of extremely difficult noses, so he didn't seem to think my nose was particularly hard to deal with.. And he is completely focused on safety and natural results, so when I said I wanted to improve various things, he told me to give up on one of them T_T lol. He said if you get greedy with too many things, it will end badly T_T He said we should just aim for a modest improvement. I'm worried it might not look very different from before surgery... The consultation was very good. Before I even said anything, he looked at my face and immediately understood what I was worried about, and I think he has excellent aesthetic sense. I am worried it may not look like I had surgery at all.. And during the consultation, another doctor was standing behind him and seemed to be learning, which made me a little worried about proxy surgery...
