Out of the many hospitals I have consulted at so far, this was the one where I left feeling bad because of the doctor and the manager. I don't know if the doctor is normally that kind of person, but I was upset that he pointed out things that weren't even part of the consultation and spoke badly about them. And when the consultation manager heard that I wasn't going to have surgery right away, did they not end the consultation carelessly and quickly? Anyway, no matter how skilled they are, I just left feeling offended because the hospital's attitude in the consultation itself was so dismissive of the patient.
