I expected the consultation to be short because many people said the director was aloof, but the consultation lasted a sufficient 20 minutes. Of course I thought silicone was essential, but the director said my nose was not extremely low, so I should also consider doing it without an implant, and that there are clear advantages and it is my own choice. To be honest, he spoke very frankly, saying that for men it looks bad if nose surgery is obvious, and he kindly answered all my questions, so the consultation was more satisfying than I expected. I liked that his mindset showed he wanted to take responsibility for his patients. After the consultation I trusted the director, but the post-op photos felt a little more lifted than the nose shape I want, so I am still considering it.. Overall, I recommend the consultation!!
