Like many others said, the doctor felt very cold. Of course, the most important thing is that the doctor does the surgery well, but since we’re dealing with people, I think some people might misunderstand. It would be nice if he were just a little warmer~ Still, he seemed skilled!

They really were as cool and aloof as I had heard (in a good way). They were the only place that said they would not do the surgery that more than 10 other clinics had recommended. If they had done just that, I would have had it done here…
