I went in having heard that they were cynical, so maybe that's why they didn't seem that blunt. Honestly, the dermatologist in my neighborhood is more rude. They were professional, which I liked, but unlike other hospitals they don't put you fully under for the surgery, so I hesitated. I heard their reason, but the more places I compared, the more my head hurt.
