I booked a consultation for a bulky nose surgery and went in. Overall, the staff were kind, and the hospital facilities were neatly maintained. I could feel their expertise during the consultation process, and there was absolutely no pressure to pay a deposit or anything like that. The only burdening part was the cost. T_T
