The manager was really kind and made it easy to talk, and the doctor, to put it positively, was cool and detached, but seemed like the type who would find it hard for the other person to say what they want. Should I say he was scary? And after looking at the before-and-after photos, I felt that this place seems to pursue maximum naturalness, so it just didn't suit me very well. I haven't had surgery, so I don't know, but the consultation itself wasn't too bad.
