I had my first surgery here, and it looks natural. But the line was too low, so after time passed the front part ended up getting completely covered.. It became almost no different from before surgery (even for a man, it was this much). And the problem was follow-up care: after the surgery, I never saw the doctor once. I only saw the nurses. So when I had revision surgery, I didn't even do a consultation.
