I consulted first with the director and then the coordinator. There is a 10,000 won consultation fee. I was recommended incision and epicanthoplasty. The explanation was not very friendly, but the director pursues a natural line, so this is one of the hospitals I'm considering for surgery. I also liked that it was under local anesthesia.
