I consulted with Director Kim Chang-yun, and he is the king of kindness. He first asked whether I had an ideal eye shape in mind and photos I'd prepared, and then counseled me based on my own opinions. It felt like a consultation tailored to me, which made it very human and comfortable. He also shaped the line very carefully, and explained things while comparing many postoperative photos. It matched the natural look I wanted very well. Communication was excellent, and I really liked this hospital. I already put down a deposit.
