It's been a while since I had the surgery. I was fat, so they removed as much as possible in a large volume. The swelling was severe and I had a lot of bruising, so when it was first done I was really worried, but after time passed and the swelling and bruising went down, I couldn't have been happier lol They said building more muscle mass reduces rebound, so I've been exercising steadily and maintaining it until now.
