I consulted with Dr. Kim Chang-yun about double-eyelid surgery and canthoplasty! I have a strong epicanthal fold but my inter-eyebrow distance is not wide, so whenever I consulted about inner canthoplasty, the answers were all over the place, with some saying yes and others saying no. But here, the doctor said very confidently and firmly that the strong epicanthal fold is the main reason my eyes look cramped, so this fold absolutely needs to be released, and that if we combine inner canthoplasty and upper canthoplasty and rotate the medial canthus, there would be absolutely no risk of the eyes looking too close together. I thought, wow, this doctor really is a specialist in canthoplasty! The double-eyelid line was also set very nicely!
