I went to consult about full-body liposuction, and the inside of the hospital felt like a cafe, with a very nice atmosphere. The doctor said my arms would respond very well, but my thighs were muscular, so the effect would probably be minimal. When I said I was worried because my lower belly was sagging and I had a lot of stretch marks, he said the abdomen might tighten up or it might not, depending on the person. In the end I didn't do it here, but the hospital interior is awesome.
