The consultation manager was really kind. I asked a ton of questions, and they answered for a really long time very kindly. The director was a little stiff, but when I asked my older sister about it, she said he is very sweet on the day of surgery. But I only had the consultation, so I'll give it only half the stars for now... When they said they are also good at handling emergencies, that made me trust them more and feel good about it. Even after the consultation, they texted to ask if I had any more questions. There were a lot of people that day, but they still seemed to care, which was nice.
