The director, manager, and staff were all fairly friendly. And the consultation was extremely thorough. At first, the results looked amazing, but T_T as time passed, I could see the fat gradually coming back..... The hospital facilities are good, and overall I am satisfied, but I recommend getting radiofrequency treatments at a separate clinic rather than at the hospital.
