I had a consultation with Dr. Moon Sung-jun. He explained things in great detail. It didn't feel particularly friendly, but it was still a satisfying consultation. I set surgery for a week later, and they said CCTV would be available (for an extra 50,000), but when I called on the morning of the surgery day, they said CCTV recording was not possible. There are three rooms, and they said the CCTV was under repair. Someone else said it was broken. The answers differed depending on who answered the phone. The manager in charge had said the CCTV room would be confirmed a week in advance. I also had the consultation and reservation a week ahead, and when they said nothing at all that day and then changed their story right after surgery, trust was broken. Even getting my deposit back involved a huge argument.
