Speaking from my consultation visit last year, both the doctor and the manager were kind. But I think being kind is the bare minimum in service work^^; I did not have surgery, so I can only talk about the consultation. There were a lot of people there first of all.. The doctor looked a little tired, so I felt sorry for him I think he only talked about the necessary points. He explains things in a calm, gentle way.
