I had upper thigh and waist liposuction at Leart, and they removed a very large volume at first. If your skin lacks elasticity, though, doing a large-volume removal can cause sagging, so you need to coordinate that during the pre-op consultation. I entered the price myself because it has been several years since the surgery!
