This was the cost when no extra charge was added for upper arm revision surgery. They consulted kindly, but after examining me they said that lower arm surgery would probably not be possible, so I decided to have the surgery somewhere else! The event price and the actual quote were not very different, and they were kind, so I was able to consult comfortably.
