I had a consultation with Dr. Seo at LeArt for thighs 360. He looked with ultrasound, and there was no separate consultation fee. Unlike other hospitals, the incision positions are two at the pubic area and one at the tailbone, so if scars worry you, this seems like a not-bad choice.
