I had my hump nose corrected with an incision, and there is still a scar left. A few years ago I called to ask about it, but since the records were so old, I was told they could not find the doctor's name in charge because the records from that time were not properly kept. At that time, I consulted with the doctor on the day of surgery, and the reservation was made with the consultation manager, so I will give less weight to the consultation expertise.
