There were a lot of people in the waiting room, and it was hard to get a consultation without an appointment T_T I went there twice in total, once for an eye consultation and once for a nose consultation. There was no pressure to book at all, and I did not get the feeling that the staff and doctors were especially kind because they were busy, but I still received a pretty ordinary consultation.
