The coordinator explained almost everything from the start and even explained the surgical method, so I thought she was the doctor. The consultation focused more on how cases like this are usually operated on than on the patient's own sense of the nose, so it felt less professional. The doctor's consultation was relatively short compared to the coordinator's.
