Maybe because I deliberately did not have high expectations when I went. I also did not choose a specific director, but the doctor was better than I expected. Still, it was obvious they were trying to rush the consultation, and I think I understood what was going on. That part was a bit disappointing, but I liked how they explained each point one by one. I went in for eye and nose consultation, and they said my nose absolutely needs costal cartilage, so I decided to pass for now
