I went there right at opening time, but maybe they weren't fully prepared yet. While I was sitting in the waiting room chair, I saw them cleaning up the table in the waiting room, and that bothered me a bit. The consultation manager also kept saying that if I booked today I could get a cheaper price, but it was more than 2 million won different, so I felt that wasn't right. But the consultation with the director was very specific: he even shaped my nose with cotton swabs, and he brought up all the things that bothered me even though I hadn't mentioned them, so I think that was good. If I were to go for surgery, I feel like I'd go there more because of the director than anything else.
